I’m TZO’s Social Media Manager, the cog that connects the content and digital teams, and amplifies your story to the people that matter. Alongside organic and paid social media strategy, I also dabble in copywriting, Search Engine Marketing, and digital media planning.

I’m your go-to gal for lifting organic reach, building social presence, creating and curating quality content, and smashing your digital marketing goals.

We’re everyday trailblazers. There’s no rule book, no cookie cutter model, just good ol’ fashioned research, collaboration, big ideas, and testing. We dream big, create, share, and learn. It doesn’t get much better than that.

If I was to give you just one piece of advice it would be that your brand’s too precious to be guided by a feeling. Dive into the data. Look at your personas, analytics and industry trends before you publish any content, launch a social channel, or drop any dollars.

I’m pretty delighted with the results our team have achieved for the Illinois Office of Tourism’s social presence. In just 8 months, we’ve driven a 488% year-on-year increase in link clicks, a 72% lift in organic reach, 114% growth in comments, and a 180% increase in total social impact. We’re definitely reaping the rewards from a partnership built on trust with the freedom to push boundaries and innovate.

I’m also proud that we built Kiwicare’s social presence from scratch. Despite being late to the digital party, they’re just shy of 40k fans now, competing amongst some of the industry’s biggest players, and helping Kiwis be their own home and garden heroes.

I love that Kiwicare take a data-driven approach to social media, using their sales data, Google Analytics and social insights to serve their followers with the most engaging content. The results speak for themselves.

When I’m not at work I’m an urban explorer. Give me freshly opened eateries, local theatre, and a fine drop of gin.

Garrett Popcorn

We’ve been keen to work with Garrett Popcorn for years. They’re the tastiest Chicago institution we know. We love how fun their brand is, and it would be remiss of us not to mention that their popcorn is also utterly delicious.
