Time spent on strategy and research is time well-invested. That’s what experience has taught me, and it’s one of our philosophies here at TimeZoneOne. I get a real kick from seeing what that creates for our partners: great projects going live, and great results rolling in.

I come from a background of ecommerce, UX, digital strategy, web training, and online marketing—which is all a rich resource for my work here. I previously headed up our client account services team, and before that, worked for global hotelier Wyndham Worldwide, which gave me a thorough understanding of how crucial user experience is to the digital travel and tourism sales process.

I’m really interested in the world around me, be it travelling to different places, or getting to see ‘under the hood’ of different businesses and industries through my work. I value sincerity and authenticity, and the strength of the relationships to do great work. I’m genuinely enthused about my role and the challenges that come with it. I’m proactive about our clients’ best interests—even when it’s not always what they are expecting!

I hold a BA in English & French literature, a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Relations, and a National Diploma in Project Management. I speak fluent French, play field hockey, and I love tramping (American readers: that’s Kiwi for hiking!). I’m savvy and articulate with a wicked sense of humour and fine taste in beverages.
