Bringing our international destination marketing expertise to Canada
Our existing partners will receive the benefit of a TimeZoneOne base in their region. But we also look forward to helping new Canadian partners reach their customers. We already represent 25 destinations, attractions, and adventures in North America and New Zealand, so we’ve already got extensive destination marketing experience; integrated trade, PR and creative marketing expertise; and a long record of delivering strong results for destination marketing organizations. We’re already talking to number of prospective partners, and we’ll be introducing ourselves to more in the coming months.
Local Canadian experience backed by global perspectives
We’ve helped our Canadian partners add to the country’s economy. Now we’re thrilled our Toronto office can add to that economy directly. Our existing global team will be joined by local residents we hire in Canada.
Karly Melo will initially lead the charge in TimeZoneOne’s Toronto office. Formerly of Tourism Toronto, Karly is a seasoned PR and media relations professional with strong first-hand experience working for and with Canadian destinations, attractions, and adventures.
Karly will be joined by a travel trade marketing expert, for whom we’re recruiting. They’ll work with Mary Twomey, our VP of global trade and consumer development on a growing list of travel trade marketing commitments. If you’re up for forging travel trade partnerships and working on travel trade campaigns and initiatives, get in touch: https://ca.linkedin.com/jobs/view/trade-marketing-manager-at-timezoneone-553707124
The Toronto office will also be able to call on the expertise of our global teams. They have a knack for looking at destinations as a traveler would, providing perspectives that build on the local foundation.
