About the role
Your role is to keep your clients engaged with TZO. You will provide clients with strategic direction (seeking advice from our team experts), as well as day to day marketing support and advice as required. You will liaise with clients on all projects, and ensure that their business goals are always top of mind when discussing these projects internally.
You are also responsible for keeping the TZO team (designers, developers, digital marketers and content managers) engaged in delivering your clients' goals. You are responsible for ensuring that TZO project processes are followed, and that projects are delivered on time, to scope, and on budget.
You will support the Client Engagement Manager to organise events, regular communication and further initiatives to ensure continuous engagement with our clients.

Skills and experience
You'll have a tertiary qualification in marketing, communication or management, and 3+ years agency experience (either agency side or dealing directly with an agency).
You will have experience managing large scale projects and you'll be used to developing long standing relationships with clients including at a senior level. Your performance is measured on long term partnerships with our clients and how your thought leadership adds value to working with us, so you're someone that has a long term view on success for your clients.
You will also need a sound knowledge of digital, print and/or creative, as our clients look to us for advice and expertise in these areas.
You may need to travel to see clients on occasion, and will need to be a New Zealand citizen or resident to be considered for this role.
