Here in our TimeZoneOne Chicago office, I manage media relations and specialize in pitching and promoting stories to the media. I coach you to navigate media interviews, and work with you to develop winning media relations strategies.

I came here to TimeZoneOne after nearly two decades working as a network news producer and local news reporter. Now when I describe my TimeZoneOne team to former media colleagues, the words I use include “talented”, “dedicated”, “authentic”,” proactive”, and, of course, “fun”—to name a few. I love working with this team because every day is an adventure. We work hard and play hard in a true team environment.

I live to travel and explore new places around the world. In 2016, I spent several months traveling solo through Southeast Asia, Europe, and Iceland. My solo journey was a life-changing experience that taught me to start asking “why not?” instead of “what if?”, a way of thinking that I bring with me every day at TimeZoneOne.

I’m originally from the Chicago area and grew up cheering for the Chicago Cubs (Go Cubs Go!). Watching the team win a World Series (the first in 108 years) was a historic moment I’ll never forget. I also grew up playing the violin and continue to play occasionally for friend’s weddings and special events (but no, I don’t know how to fiddle!).

I’m a graduate of Chicago’s famous Second City Improv Training Program, and of the Chicago FBI Citizens Academy. And being from Chicago, one of my other favorite things about the area is EATING. The culinary scene is amazing.

Route 66 Activation in London

The first stage of a traveler’s decision-making journey is “dream”. They need to be inspired with something that gives them a taste of a destination. Coming up with new ways to do that is a challenge—but we found a winner when we brought a little of Route 66 to London’s Regent Street Motor Show.
